Info on electronic resources

The digital library currently consists of 37 databases (on-line or on cd-rom/dvd) and editorial platforms, through which electronic format periodicals and books are also consultable. The library is also updated thanks to a selection of freely accessible resources.
The collection of the digital library includes the electronic resources of the main editors on a national and international level, including Giuffrè, WoltersKluwer, Ebsco, Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, Wiley-Blackwell.
All the works that are part of the collection are traceable by name and by disciplinary sector.
For each electronic resource there is a description with the main characteristics, access methods, terms and conditions of use.
Electronic magazines and e-books can be searched by title or by category using the special form, thus checking that the University of Macerata has access to the full text of a periodical or monograph.
Furthermore, by connecting up to search the quotation it is possible to find the full text of a document beginning from bibliographical quotations.

Off-campus access to electronic resources

The University of Macerata provides access for its users to the electronic resources of the University Library System from remote on-line work stations that are located outside of the university, for academic use, research or didactics, in line with international copyright regulations.
Any commercial use is prohibited. Single downloads, printing of single articles and printing of single parts of the contents are permitted in compliance with the Italian and international regulations on copyright.

User access credentials are strictly personal and therefore may not be transferred to third parties.
