PRESENTATION

The library was founded in 1998 thanks to the launch of the University Centre for Library Studies CASB, by way of providing documentary support for the work carried out by the structure. In particular, at the moment, the collection has taken on a professional physiognomy and offers all the tools for the training and updating of library staff in the areas of librarianship, bibliography, cataloguing, management and collection development, the use of modern technologies and the digital part of library services. All the volumes and periodicals are electronically listed and the contents can be viewed by connecting to the OPAC. Positioning is based on opened shelves in compliance with the Dewey classification system.
